1. DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE
Noytrix provides digital software, licenses, subscriptions, and API access. Because these products are delivered digitally and may be activated immediately, refunds are not automatic in all cases.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS
For recurring subscription products, cancellation prevents future renewals. Unless required by applicable law, charges already processed for the current billing cycle are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
3. FIXED-TERM OR LIFETIME LICENSES
For fixed-term licenses or lifetime software access, refunds are generally not provided once the license has been issued or the product has been delivered, except where required by law or where a purchase was made in error and no meaningful use or activation has occurred.
4. DUPLICATE OR ACCIDENTAL CHARGES
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same product or were charged in error, contact us promptly with the relevant transaction details. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges may be refunded.
5. TECHNICAL ISSUES
If a product cannot be reasonably accessed or activated due to a verified technical issue caused by Noytrix and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we may, at our discretion, provide a refund, replacement, account credit, or alternate access path.
6. ABUSE AND FRAUD
Refund requests associated with abuse, misuse, repeated charge disputes, policy violations, account manipulation, or fraudulent conduct may be denied.

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact support so we can review the issue. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account, license, or API suspension.
8. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND REVIEW
To request a refund review, contact support and include your purchase email, product name, transaction date, and a short explanation of the issue. Each request is reviewed individually according to product type, access state, and applicable law.
9. PROCESSING TIME
If a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment provider, issuing bank, card network, or merchant-of-record partner.
